Encouraged by the success of the previous workshops (Rennes, May 15-16, 2011 ; Tsukuba, October 29-30, 2012 ; Rennes, October 27-29, 2013 ; Tsukuba, October 29-30, 2014 ; Rennes, October 11-14, 2015 ; Fukuoka, October 27-29, 2016 ; Cavaillon, March 27-28, 2018 ; Tsukuba, November 6-7, 2019) and after more than 3 years stop because of COVID, we are happy to announce that the 9th WS NIMS-UR-CNRS-SG will be held at Rennes in June 2th-4th 2024.
The challenges displayed for this 9th workshop are threefold. The first is to allow researchers from all institutions to meet again (after a very long time) to summarize their past works and the second to exchange ideas to initiate new collaborations. The third and main objective is to consolidate existing exchanges between researchers of NIMS, IRL3629 LINK and French laboratories in the fields of materials design and materials for energy and environment.
The conference access will be free (but registration is mandatory) and open to the limited number of seats available (120 seats). For budget reasons, the lunch meals and coffee breaks are only available by invitation.
